FLY HIGH YOGA

FlyHighYoga is a popular and new style of aerial yoga. It started in 2012 in Ubud, Bali with the development of the FlyHighYoga Belt. This belt is a simple and unique tool for a gravity defying, creative, fun, precise and alignment-based style of yoga. With the FlyHighYoga belt, you are able to do regular yoga poses (and other gravity defying moves) in a supported way. This makes the progression of your practice easier, more precise, more intense and more fun!

HATHA YOGA

Hatha Flow is a gentle and traditional form of yoga that focuses on the balance of physical postures and breath control. In contrast to Vinyasa, Hatha Flow involves holding poses for a longer duration, promoting stability, alignment, and relaxation. This practice aims to cultivate a sense of harmony between body and mind through deliberate and mindful movements.

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of yoga that seamlessly synchronizes breath with movement, creating a continuous and flowing sequence of poses. It emphasizes the connection between breath and postures, promoting flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Vinyasa classes typically offer a creative and varied sequence, making each session a unique and invigorating experience.

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga is a therapeutic style of yoga where asana/poses are practiced on or lower to the ground for gravity to help go deep in poses. Focus is placed on the breath as an important integration to allow the body to unwind and to release tension. Poses are held for longer duration than dynamic styles, inviting calming intentions to harmonize mind and body. This style offers healing benefits resting the body, creating space and promoting a freer flow of prana that aids injury recovery and self-healing.
